Intelligent system that integrates:
- Lighting that reacts to the presence of users, ensuring good energy management;
- Real-time interaction with users regarding possible constraints on the road through light signals;
- Real-time measurement of air quality (via APP);
- Communication between devices, infrastructure and users;
- Customised modular design adaptable to the surrounding environment.
This module is part of an intelligent system installed along cycle paths and pedestrian areas, designed to support user safety, monitor environmental conditions and improve the experience of using public spaces.
With the use of radar, we anticipate possible dangers on the road. The radar can analyze in real time, giving feedback to the user via a light signal. Green when everything is normal on the road and orange when something is happening at that point (danger of collision, crowding, obstructed roadway, etc).
- Orange and green feedback light
- Light intensity adjustment
- Motion light (static light or pulsing light)
A mesh system capable of sharing information between different products, keeping the user up to date with what is happening on the bike path. The system can collect data such as air quality, people flow, obstructions on the path, events, among others, communicating with each other and sending the information to the user via the app. The mesh system makes it possible to connect a wide range of products in one area, keeping it under control and up to date.
With real-time information of the air quality along the route, it’s possible to adjust it based on this information, and people with greater weaknesses can enjoy a more cautious walk or physical exercise. This profile can be created within the application, providing information on the needs of each user.
- Monitoring air quality in real time;
- Sending information via an app;
- Monitoring PM10, PM2.5, O3 and No2;
- Adjusting the route in the app based on the air quality information acquired during the cycle routes.
Important information
- This equipment is not a traffic light or a road signalling system.
- It does not replace traffic rules, official signage or user attention.
- The flashing orange light is informative and experimental in nature, alerting users to the need to drive carefully.
- It is an information and safety support system, not a control system.
Project in testing phase
- This system is currently undergoing pilot testing in a real-world environment. Its features are being evaluated and optimised.
- The information provided is experimental in nature and may not be suitable for all situations.
- Public spaces should be used responsibly, prudently and attentively, respecting the usual rules of coexistence between pedestrians and cyclists.
